Hopefully, you're all using the MIS Spam Assassin. It works very well. How well? I ran an experiment this weekend. I didn't check my email after noon on Saturday. I let it run a day and a half. Here are my results from this morning.

I received 809 emails in my two email boxes.
Of those, 744 were treated as spam.
Of the 744, all were in fact spam. Nothing was mis-tagged as junk that was actually legit.
65 emails made it to my inbox. Of those, I wanted six, so 59 junk emails made it to my inbox. 92% of my total junkmail was identified correctly. Darn good results, I say.
