Rockland Office Closed This Saturday

Normally, our Rockland office is staffed on Saturdays from 9am - noon. This Saturday, though, the Rockland office will be closed. You see, the Lobster Festival is in town, and the downtown streets will be clogged with happy parade watchers. Getting into and out of the office would be impossible. So instead, our Newcastle office will be open. If you need tech support on Saturday morning, here are your options:

1) Dial the Newcastle office directly at 563-8563.
2) Call the Rockland office at 594-8277, and leave a message. The Nuke (that's how we refer to Newcastle) guys will call you back.
3) Send an email to help@midcoast.com.

If you can help it, though, don't be in front of your computer Saturday morning. Instead, come to Rockland and enjoy the parade!

NNTP Service to be Discontinued

On or about June 4th, 2008, Midcoast Internet Solutions will no longer provide newsgroup service to our customers via NNTP feed. Very few customers use tradtional news service anymore--too few to justify the expense. Customers who use news feeds are encouraged to try Goole Groups (http://groups.google.com) for free.
