New Year's Hours

We'll be open our regular hours (8am-6pm) on Thursday, but we won't be having our regular Thursday after hours phone support (6pm-9pm). We'll be closed all day on New Year's Day. We'll reopen for regular hours on Saturday, Jan. 2nd 2010, from 9am-noon.

Christmastime Office Hours

Our offices will be observing the following holiday hours:

Thursday, December 10th: Closing at 5pm for the office party. We will not be holding our regular late night phone support hours.

Thursday, December 24th: We will be closing the offices at noon.

Friday, December 25th: Our offices will be closed all day.

Saturday, December 26th: Our Rockland office will be open for its regular Saturday hours, 9am - noon.

Rockland Office Closed Saturday

Our Rockland office is usually open 9am-noon on Saturdays. Due to the Lobster Festival Parade, though, traffic will be unbearable this Saturday. The office will be closed to foot traffic. We WILL be monitoring our voicemail and email during those hours though, so if you need tech support, call and leave a message or email help@midcoast.com. Someone will get back to you. Enjoy the Lobster Festival!
